Travel Guidelines
To ensure your safety and enjoyment during your visit, as well as to protect the scenic area’s ecological environment and public order, all visitors are kindly requested to conscientiously abide by the following guidelines:
1. The scenic area is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please enter and exit the area within the designated hours; staying beyond the allowed time may compromise your safety during the visit. Upon entry, please cooperate voluntarily with ticket verification and security checks. Visitors without a valid ticket or holding an invalid ticket will be denied entry.
2. Please take good care of the cultural relics, historical sites, natural landscapes, and public facilities (such as railings, signposts, benches, amusement equipment, etc.) within the scenic area. It is strictly prohibited to carve, graffiti, climb, or damage these items. Picking flowers and plants or hunting wild animals is also strictly forbidden. Violators will be held liable for compensation according to regulations; in cases of serious offenses, the matter will be referred to the relevant authorities for further action.
3. Comply with the scenic area’s fire safety regulations. It is strictly prohibited to bring into the park any dangerous items such as flammable and explosive materials, toxic or hazardous substances, and controlled knives. Smoking, open fires in the wild, and burning of debris are all banned within the scenic area. Open flames are strictly prohibited in areas with dense vegetation and around historic buildings.
4. Pay attention to tour safety: Follow the signs and instructions provided by park staff, and never enter unopened or hazardous areas (such as steep slopes, cliffs, deep waters, or construction zones). Elderly individuals, children, pregnant women, and those with mobility impairments must be accompanied and supervised by an adult to avoid traveling alone.
5. When participating in scenic area amusement rides, water activities, hiking, mountain climbing, and other experience-based activities, be sure to follow the operating guidelines for each activity, heed the instructions of staff, and use protective gear correctly. Individuals experiencing physical discomfort (such as hypertension, heart disease, or acrophobia) should refrain from taking part in high-risk activities.
6. Please maintain public order in the scenic area. Do not shout loudly, chase or play roughly, or push and crowd others. When queuing to buy tickets, enter the park, or participate in activities, please line up in an orderly manner, respect others, and behave politely and courteously. It is strictly prohibited to set up stalls, hawk goods, distribute flyers, or engage in any other commercial or promotional activities within the scenic area.
7. Please maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the scenic area. Do not spit on the ground, litter with fruit peels, paper scraps, plastic bags, or other waste. Please dispose of used items in the designated trash bins. It is strictly prohibited to urinate or defecate anywhere in the scenic area or to pile up clutter indiscriminately.
8. Pets are prohibited from entering the scenic area (with the exception of service dogs such as guide dogs, which must be kept on a leash at all times and properly protected). Feeding animals is also prohibited to prevent them from accidentally ingesting harmful substances or injuring people.
9. Vehicles should follow the traffic guidance provided by the scenic area, enter the designated parking lot, and park in an orderly manner. Please comply with parking management regulations and strictly refrain from illegal parking on scenic area roads, walkways, viewing platforms, and other such areas. Motor vehicles and non-motorized vehicles are prohibited from using the pedestrian paths within the scenic area (except for vehicles used for official purposes).
10. Please take good care of your personal belongings. Carry your mobile phone, wallet, identification documents, and other items with you at all times to avoid loss or theft. During your visit, if you encounter any unexpected situations (such as getting lost, sustaining an injury, losing an item, or sudden changes in weather), please promptly contact the scenic area staff or dial the scenic area’s emergency rescue hotline. The scenic area will do its utmost to assist you.
11. You shall voluntarily comply with the laws and regulations of the scenic area’s location as well as other relevant rules and regulations of the scenic area, and follow the management and guidance of the scenic area’s staff. If you suffer personal injury or property loss, or cause damage to the scenic area or others, due to a violation of these guidelines, you shall bear the corresponding responsibility yourself.
12. The scenic area reserves the right to temporarily adjust open areas, operating hours of attractions, or implement measures such as visitor flow restrictions and diversion, based on factors including weather conditions, visitor volume, and facility maintenance. We kindly ask for your understanding. Any photographic or video content taken within the scenic area may be used by the scenic area for non-commercial purposes, such as promotion and publicity, without the need for separate notification.
