As the laws of nature bring the gradual return of springtime and all things begin to renew, on February 9, 2023, the annual meeting for 2023 of Zhijin Ancient City Culture and Tourism Development Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the Zhijin Hotel in Pingyuan Ancient Town. Attending the meeting were the chairman and general manager of Zhijin Ancient City Culture and Tourism Development Co., Ltd., heads of various departments, and all employees. Also present in person were Liu Longling, chairman of Shanheyuan Enterprise Group, and Chen Kaiyong, general manager of the group. This was a joyous and exciting occasion.
As the laws of nature bring the gradual return of spring’s warmth, all things begin to renew themselves. On February 9, 2023, the 2023 annual meeting of Zhijin Ancient City Culture and Tourism Development Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the Zhijin Hotel in Pingyuan Ancient Town.
The Chairman and General Manager of Zhijin Ancient City Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd., heads of all departments, and all employees were present. Also attending the conference in person were Liu Longling, Chairman of Shanheyuan Enterprise Group, and Chen Kaiyong, General Manager. This is a moment of joyful reunion—and an exhilarating one at that.

The company’s general manager took the stage to deliver a speech, summarizing the 2022 performance of Zhijin Ancient Town Cultural and Tourism Development Co., Ltd.: “In 2022, Pingyuan Ancient Town took brand building as its key driver. Not only did it achieve synergistic development with attractions such as Zhijin Cave and Baili Rhododendron Scenic Area, but it also earned prestigious honors including ‘Guizhou Province Overseas Chinese International Cultural Exchange Base’ and ‘Provincial-Level Cultural and Tourism Integration Innovation Demonstration Project.’ While achieving these remarkable results, we are keenly aware that there is still room for improvement in the operational management capabilities of each business segment within Zhijin Ancient Town Cultural and Tourism Development Co., Ltd., as well as in our awareness of basic service provision and in the refinement of our standardized working systems. We hope that in the coming year, we will seize opportunities and successfully accomplish the company’s work targets and tasks for 2023.”

At the meeting, all departments of the company presented summaries of their work for the entire year 2022 and put forward their work objectives and plans for 2023. In response, the company’s chairman pointed out: “As 2022 has come to a close, with adjustments to epidemic prevention and control policies, society, the economy, and the market are gradually showing signs of recovery. We must remain committed to our guiding principles—integrating culture and tourism to revitalize history; integrating culture and commerce to bring ancient towns to life; integrating commerce and tourism to stimulate the economy; and integrating urban development with tourism to invigorate Zhijin—as we deepen the approach of integrating tourism with multiple industries. By providing outstanding cultural products and high-quality tourism offerings, we will drive the sustained development of the cultural and tourism industry. 2023 will be a pivotal year for our company to seize opportunities and accelerate growth. We must closely focus on our ‘Five-Year Development Strategy Goals,’ clearly recognize the importance of this ‘year of quality improvement and efficiency enhancement,’ and lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of Zhijin Ancient Town Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd.”

During this meeting, all departments fully embraced the company’s corporate spirit of “harmony and coexistence, steadfast action for long-term success.” While reviewing the outstanding achievements attained in 2022, they also identified certain shortcomings that have emerged in our operations. In response, each department shared its experiences and sought solutions together, thereby gaining a clearer understanding of the work objectives and tasks for Zijing Ancient Town Culture and Tourism Development Co., Ltd. in 2023.
